Fourth month of the Project 365 behind me!

One of the my favourite things about month of April was the fact that the days are longer and the light we are getting around bathtime /bedtime is so gorgeous. At the start of the month we celebrated Antek's fifth birthday (which pretty much was extended on both sides by a few days - lucky boy!). Emilia was teething badly and was super clingy and often cranky (see that image of her attached to my leg? That was my view pretty much every day), but was also incredibly sweet and funny.

You may have seen that both Steve and I travelled to Brighton for the Brighton Marathon and enjoyed a weekend away (even though it was a physically tiring trip!). We also celebrated Easter and was very glad for the mini heatwave (meaning kids were practically living in the garden). One day we had a family trip to London (a certain little boy really wanted to go to the top of The Shard) and enjoyed playing tourists in the city. With the Easter holiday also came a very long half term (two weeks!) and at first I panicked about that much time with both of the kids at home but we managed just fine. Antek was happy to play with his Lego sets, had fun at a sports camp for a few days and was keen on helping out getting our garden ready for the summer.

All in all it was a lovely month and I absolutely love seeing these photos and reminding myself of the things we did that particular day. And if you're interested in seeing the grids from my previous months, make sure to click on one of the posts shown below!
