Christmas family photoshoot London
One of the best things about Christmas is, obviously, the morning of. If you have kids you know it normally starts waaaay earlier than any other day, but the excitement is real and the build-up to this day takes over any prospective lie-in. I always try and take lots of photos in the morning of my kids opening up the presents, their little faces lighting up with glee and happiness at the sight of their wished-for presents, the Christmas tree twinkling in the background... But the truth is, by taking all of these pictures, I sometimes miss the actual things happening in front of my eyes. Yes, these photos are lovely to have but I just wish that someone could take these photos for me, so I could be present for my family, right there and then. That's why I can totally understand the idea behind a Christmas family photoshoot. Who wouldn't want this happiness and pure excitement captured in photographs?
I know it's not possible or practical to hire a professional photographer to take photos of you and your family on the actual Christmas morning... but why not arrange for a Christmas family photoshoot just before Christmas? Instead of rushing and trying to capture it all yourself on the 25th December and not actually taking the moment in, why not schedule a couple of hours during the festive season when you can all pause and enjoy your beautiful Christmas decorations, your fabulous tree adorned to perfection, share a cheeky present (or two) and have these lovely moments captured in images?
I truly believe it's one of the loveliest things you can experience as a family during a festive season... do you agree with me?
