Not long after Covid-19 restrictions eased slightly in the summer, I ventured into Epping Forest in East London to take photos of this lovely Walthamstow family of three. We initially took some of the photos at their flat, but they were keen on having part of their photo session outdoors. They chose Epping Forest as it’s not only on their doorstep, but at the same time holds very special memories for them. I love it when families ask for their family photos to be taken at places that are significant for them. You could tell from Amelie’s face that this forest is her playground and she was so happy to be able to run, climb and play hide and seek with her Daddy. So pleased with how these photos turned out!
I booked a photoshoot with Alina for my husband’s birthday, and I’m so glad that I did. Alina was warm and friendly and immediately made us feel at ease. She was amazing with our 2 year old daughter who is normally quite wary of people she doesn’t know. We hardly noticed that she was there taking photos of us, plus she was very creative in how to get some massive smiles out of all three of us. Alina took some amazing photos which we will treasure forever and which are now hanging pride of place on our walls. Alina took some beautiful photos of us in the forest, which are also very special to us because it’s where we went everyday during lockdown and is what got us through those months. I would highly recommend Alina, the cost is worth every penny, she is professional, takes beautiful photos, as well as being warm & friendly.
