This is a question I hear often from families booking a photoshoot with me - “Can we include the grandparents too?”

And every single time, my answer is the same: yes, absolutely. Please do.

There’s something really special about capturing multi-generational moments.

These are the kinds of photos that become family treasures.

When we have kids, it’s so easy to focus our camera rolls on them - their milestones, their faces, their everything (and rightly so). But what we often forget is how important it is to also photograph our parents - not just as grandparents, but as part of the evolving story of our family.

Here’s the truth that none of us likes to say out loud: we never really know when a photo might be the last one we have of someone we love. It’s heartbreaking, but also a gentle reminder of why these images matter so much.
