I met with this lovely family of four for their summer photoshoot in Victoria Park in East London on a very hot and sunny Saturday afternoon. It was almost two years to the date since their newborn photo session (see the previous photos here and here) and it was amazing to see how much the kids have grown in that time!
When we were discussing this summer photo session in their pre-session consultation, the family wanted to choose an outdoor location that was significant to them. They decided to meet in Victoria Park in East London as it is their local park and a place where they spent a lot of their free time during the lockdowns.
The kids were happy feeding ducks, chasing pigeons, blowing bubbles and playing games with mum and dad around the park. We admired the Chinese Pagoda and even got to the playground where they showed me their favourite swings, slides and climbing frames. It was an absolute joy to spend a couple of hours with this beautiful family and see how much the kids (and the parents) enjoyed this very natural, organic and unposed summer photoshoot.
“These are beautiful we love them! You've made it seem like we had the park to ourselves! We love the moments you've captured and couldn't be happier with them.”
